I am Jess, Yasmine's older sister, with a background in marketing and entertainment. Currently, I am studying to become a children's nurse as I am passionate about children and young people's health and wellbeing. In the foundation, I chair monthly meetings, support events, and manage our youth activities and health initiatives.
My name is Jason. I am Yasmine’s “Daddy” (as she would call me). I have a background in sports events and transport. I oversee the food initiatives for the foundation because Yasmine told me that there are more foodbanks in this country than McDonald's restaurants and I found that shocking!
I am Annelie, Yasmine's mum. My background is in education and children's mental health with some experience in event planning and logistics. The role I have taken on in the foundation is awareness and fundtraising. I want people to learn from the mistakes made by professionals in Yasmine's case so other families don't have to go through the same heartache. I also want to help people in my daughter's name and continue the work she would have done if she was still here.
I’m Ev, Yasmine’s younger sibling. I’m still in full time education studying. My role in the foundation is about supporting the LGBTQ+ community as that was something both Yas and I were passionate about.
I’m Katie. I’m a GP and a close family friend, and I became a director because I truly believe in the impact this foundation can have. It’s a meaningful way to support local groups and communities who need it most, and I’m proud to be part of something that’s making a real difference.
I'm Ross. As one of the directors, I have seen firsthand the incredible impact the foundation has had, and I'm truly passionate about supporting its mission.
I'm Louise, I've been a family friend for many years and have watched all of the McClory children grow into amazing young adults. To be asked to join as a director is a fantastic way to honour Yas's memory, and I hope to be able able to raise awareness of such a worthy cause so close to my heart. My job within the NHS means that I dedicate my time to supporting and empowering others to achieve their goals, something that I am passionate about and aim to bring that energy into supporting the foundation and the wonderful things that we have planned.
I’m Bam, Yas’ younger brother. I’ve been supporting the foundation since the start, before I became a director. Following my 16th birthday, when I was legally allowed to become a director, it was the obvious move to make to continue helping the foundation. I’m passionate about supporting all the causes in my sister’s memory.
