We are a non-profit CIC created in memory of Yasmine McClory, dedicated to improving the quality of life for a range of wonderfully diverse communities experiencing disadvantage due to circumstances beyond their control. We focus on addressing food poverty and young people’s health and wellbeing. We appreciate any way you can support us with this legacy to Yasmine ❤️
Sadly, in the UK, up to 1 in 6 families are facing difficulty affording even basic food, and that number increases during the winter months.
We're aiming to raise £300 to purchase festive treats such as biscuit tins, chocolates, selection boxes, and other festive favourites for local food banks and homeless shelters. Every pound donated helps create a moment of joy for someone who might otherwise go without.
Send a card that truly means something this Christmas 🎄
Every card you send helps support our community projects in memory of Yasmine McClory – with 100% of profits going straight back to making a difference.
We’ve created three exclusive festive designs, each with a special connection to Yasmine and the story behind our foundation.
Following the overwhelming success of last year’s initiative, the Yasmine McClory Foundation has relaunched its Christmas Treats for Local Food Banks and Homeless Shelters campaign — an effort to bring festive joy and comfort to those most in need during the holiday season.
Last Christmas, thanks to the generosity of local supporters, the foundation was able to donate over 80 kilograms of food to each participating food bank, including gammon joints from a local butcher, selection boxes, tinned goods, and a variety of festive treats. These contributions helped ensure that hundreds of individuals and families across the community could enjoy a warm and nourishing Christmas meal.
“The response last year was truly heart-warming,” said a spokesperson for the Yasmine McClory Foundation. “Seeing the smiles when we delivered the food was incredible — it showed how much a little kindness can mean at Christmas. This year, we want to go even further.”
About the 2025 Campaign
The foundation aims to raise £300 to purchase festive treats such as biscuit tins, chocolates, selection boxes, and other festive favourites for local food banks and homeless shelters. Every pound donated helps create a moment of joy for someone who might otherwise go without.
This campaign not only supports basic needs but also honours Yasmine McClory’s legacy — her belief that compassion, community, and shared celebration can make a lasting difference.
“No one should feel forgotten at Christmas,” the team says. “Even the smallest act of generosity can help restore hope and dignity.”

The Yasmine McClory Foundation is delighted to announce that we’ve been selected as one of the local charities supported by the Waitrose Newark Green Token Scheme. The initiative allows shoppers to support local causes simply by picking up a green token at the checkout and placing it in their chosen charity’s box — turning everyday shopping into real community impact.
Every token placed in The Yasmine McClory Foundation’s box helps us provide vital support to families in Newark and the surrounding area who are facing food poverty. The funds raised will go directly toward our food relief programmes, ensuring that local families have access to nutritious meals, essential supplies, and the dignity of not having to go hungry.
“We’re proud that Waitrose has chosen to back local action on food poverty,” said Jess McClory, Director at The Yasmine McClory Foundation. “The Green Token Scheme is a small act with a big impact — every time someone drops a token in for us, they’re helping to put food on the table for families in our community who are struggling to make ends meet.”
Founded in memory of Yasmine McClory, the Foundation works to continue her legacy of kindness, compassion, and community care. Through partnerships with local schools, food banks, and community organisations, the Foundation delivers practical help to families experiencing hardship and advocates for long-term solutions to food insecurity.
How you can help:
1️⃣ Pick up a green token at the checkout
2️⃣ Pop it into our box at Waitrose Newark
3️⃣ Every token = meals and support for local families 💚
To date, the Foundation has helped over 250 families by providing food through our campaigns and agriculture projects. With your green tokens, we can do even more.
The Yasmine McClory Foundation would like to thank Waitrose Newark for recognising the importance of tackling food poverty locally and for providing this platform to raise both awareness and funds.

Fundraising football match raises over £300!
A huge thank you to Muskham Old Boys for their amazing fundraising match despite the challenging weather! They played an incredible game against the Rainworth Wanderers in the pouring rain - great effort from everyone!
This match took place on Yasmine's 21st birthday so before kickoff, all the players and audience applauded & made some noise to celebrate her. What a lovely tribute.
Yasfest was a huge success! 🎉💕
Despite what was possibly one of the most difficult weekends for those who loved Yasmine, we are so grateful for all the support we have received and delighted at what we will now be able to do for the community.
A heartfelt thanks to all who joined and took part in Yasfest! Your contribution truly made a difference and added immense value to the festival.
With performances from local bands, Yasmine's family members, and close friends, it was truly an event to remember.
We raised over £500 which can now go straight into our projects to help those in need.
Mark smashed it at Tough Mudder 2024
Yasmine's boyfriend Mark proved his strength and determination at Tough Mudder 2024, completing the challenging course in an impressive time of 1 hour and 11 minutes. Not only did he conquer the obstacles with grit and perseverance, but he also went above and beyond by raising a significant amount of funds for our foundation. Mark's dedication and commitment to both the event and our cause truly made a difference and inspired many. We are grateful for his incredible efforts and the impact he has made. You can read his story here https://gofund.me/0efb9594 ♥️
Fundraising Motown & Soul Night
Cromwell Village Hall hosted a Motown & Soul Night Disco. Lots of local businesses had donated raffle prizes and all the proceeds from the raffle were very kindly donated to us. A huge thank you to the organisers, all the businesses that donated prizes and all the people who turned up and bought raffle tickets.
Amazing Fundraising Event
Amazing turn out for the charity match between Muskham and Lincoln!
An exciting game with Lincoln in the lead at half time. Muskham brought it back in the second half and won the game 6-2 at the final whistle.
We would like to thank the whole team who all took time out of their lives to play and to help raise funds for The Yasmine McClory Foundation. We would also like to thank everyone who helped organise, turned up and donated funds at the charity match. An amazing £1700 was raised to split between The Yasmine McClory Foundation and a Diabetes -Type 1 charity. This is helping to keep Yasmine’s memory alive and able to help lots of people in her name.
