Coffee and cake has always been a staple in the McClory household. Could we say it’s a cultural thing and link it back to the Swedish concept of fika? Sure. But we also just really like coffee and cake.

Yasmine was quickly swept into the baking chaos with her siblings and was always willing to try making something delicious. Because we were always baking, it started an unconscious competition with ourselves to make the next creation more indulgent or elaborate. (This led to the infamous 5-flavour cake that was cut up and reassembled to mix up the flavours but somehow ended up with pieces left over...?) But don’t worry, everything in this pack is suitable for novice bakers simply looking for a yummy way to fundraise.
